By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jl618 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable bonus or game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and collectively form the entire agreement between you and jl618.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of jl618 and not create or access any account. Your continued use of the Service after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a jl618 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. jl618 reserves the right to require documentary proof of any information provided at registration, including but not limited to proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for the security of your jl618 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices or codes. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jl618 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your jl618 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

jl618 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials are deemed to have been made by you, unless you have promptly notified jl618 of unauthorized access and taken reasonable steps to secure your account.

Only one jl618 account is permitted per individual player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jl618 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending transactions within them.

jl618 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page of your jl618 account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 7. jl618 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

jl618 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in transaction delays or account suspension.

jl618 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the jl618 Promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict specifically with the bonus at issue.

General bonus rules applicable to all jl618 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the specific requirements stated in each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated on each promotion page.

jl618 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl618 platform:

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl618 games or systems without explicit written authorization.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jl618's platform. Any such discovery must be reported to jl618 support immediately. Exploitation of known errors will result in voided winnings and account suspension.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using jl618 to transfer funds for any illicit purpose.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to jl618 transactions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl618 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any content on the jl618 platform without prior written consent from jl618.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl618's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl618 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl618 shall not be liable to you for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, or PAGCOR regulatory interventions;
• Interruptions or errors in the Service caused by third-party payment providers, telecoms providers, or game content suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits jl618's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law.

jl618 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order requiring suspension or closure of your account;
• Persistent abuse or harassment of jl618 staff or other players;
• Discovery that you do not meet or no longer meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms, jl618 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance is confirmed, jl618 may permanently forfeit the relevant balance and report the matter to PAGCOR and law enforcement as required. Where closure occurs for administrative reasons unrelated to player fault, any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jl618 account at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled and all active bonus funds will be forfeited.

jl618 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR regulation.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute between you and jl618 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Service, or any transaction on the platform shall first be addressed informally by contacting jl618 customer support. jl618 will endeavor to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through this process, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaints mechanism, as jl618 is a PAGCOR-regulated operator.

You and jl618 agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
